THE PHOTOGRAPHER

My name is Sue Van Der Heide and I was born and raised in the small country town of Maffra in Gippsland, Victoria. As a child I had a fascination for photography and loved taking photos of anything. Now that I am older I wanted to do something with them and with that, in the hope others may like to share my passion and see what I see in a photo.

I love taking photos of wildlife, scenery, landscapes and interesting sunsets and sunrises. Living in the Pilbara has now given me a range of the most diverse scenery this great country of ours has to offer - from the sparse landscapes to the most picturesque of waterfalls. The livestock is also an exceptional and intriguing subject from the cows and camels to turtles and lizards and even the butterflies and birds can make exceptional subjects.
